Health coaching is a partnership and a structured process. Together, we’ll walk through an assessment of your current state of health in:

  • Nutrition/lifestyle

  • Emotional well-being

  • Fulfillment/purpose

  • Physical fitness

  • Your environment

  • Sleep / rest

  • Mindful awareness and

  • Your sense of connectedness or community

I collaborate with you to envision your healthiest self. We work together to set goals to help you make real, lasting, positive change in your life.

DOES HEALTH COACHING WORK?

Yes! Across hundreds of research studies and clinical trials, health coaching has been shown to be effective for managing chronic disease, supporting preventative care and whole-person health. Health coaching is a powerful tool to have in your toolbox. 

WHERE DO WE MEET?

Health coaching sessions are on Zoom, weekly or biweekly (depending on your schedule) for 12 weeks. If you prefer to start with a one-time consult, I am happy to do that too.
